Green Tribunal’s South India Bench to Hear Cases from 2 Nov’12

The Southern Bench of the National Green Tribunal in Chennai will start hearing cases from November 2. The two-member bench has Justice M Chockalingam as judicial member and Dr R Nagendran, as expert member. Before assuming office in Chennai, both had been serving at the Principal Bench in New Delhi.
